We partnered with Smorgasburg Los Angeles to help FOX celebrate the premiere of their new show starring Gordon Ramsay, Next Level Chef. The event featured a branded culinary experience where over 8,000 guests were invited to enjoy complimentary samples from local LA culinary destinations served from custom-branded food trucks. Additionally, we collaborated with Hexclad cookware to host an exciting giveaway for attendees, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with food, entertainment, and community engagement.

Executing a high-impact premiere event in a bustling market like Los Angeles required meticulous planning and coordination among various stakeholders.

With the goal of attracting a large audience while effectively showcasing the culinary offerings and promoting the new show, we needed to ensure seamless logistics and engaging experiences that would resonate with attendees.

I took charge of organizing and collecting event deliverables while scheduling content for our agency's social media channels to maximize engagement and visibility. Collaborating closely with the Project Director and agency partners, I helped execute a series of events and opportunities tailored to our client’s needs. I prepared essential client-facing documents, including meeting agendas, proposals, and production schedules, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process. Additionally, I reviewed vendor quotes to verify production specifications and created detailed project estimates and timelines to keep everything on track.

THE IMPACT

The event successfully attracted over 8,000 attendees and distributed more than 1,600 food samples, generating excitement and buzz around the premiere of Next Level Chef.

Our branded culinary experience not only enhanced FOX's visibility in the market but also fostered positive community engagement through local culinary partnerships. The collaboration with Smorgasburg Los Angeles and Hexclad cookware resulted in a memorable event that effectively showcased FOX's brand and culinary innovation.
